the staff shared a great whatsapp message with restaurant recommendations! it included very useful local info. the roof terrace provides a distant view of st peter's basilica!

my double room faced an inner courtyard it offered no view i found this quite depressing the room was also small there was barely enough space to move around freely the bathroom felt cramped as well i expected more space given the price point

The location was near the train station, all staff were helpful. The room was clean
The room decor disappointed me, it was harsh the window overlooked a dark shaft. there were bags of garbage laying in the hall in front of my room. the front desk guy was a bit harsh.

The staff was helpful and friendly (Gabriel was especially amazing!). I got great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location is close to the main train station, so traveling was very convenient. I found a WhatsApp chat created by the hotel very useful. This made communicating very easy!
